Library offers Check-Out Colorado State Park program

(Dec. 9, 2015) -- The Carnegie Public Library allows library-goers a chance to “Check Out” Colorado’s state parks and discover the wildlife and beauty of Colorado up-close and personal by collaborating with Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
