Green light for Happy Valley campground

(Nov. 23, 2015) -- After 60 percent of the 128 people who submitted on the council's proposal to set up a campground at Happy Valley Park thumbed their noses at the idea, Wellington, New Zealand, City Council staff went cold on it – and recommended looking at alternative locations.
