Board hopes to develop campground

(Nov. 23, 2015) -- At the Oct. 20 meeting of the Goodhue County, Minn., Board of Commissioners a Request for Proposal was made to sell the property next to the Lake Byllesby Park for the purpose of constructing a campground.
