Spokane man facing murder charge

(Nov. 5, 2015) -- The Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office has charged 49-year-old David L. Magnett with second-degree murder in the beating and strangulation death of a 61-year-old Sultan man whose body was discovered on a wooded property last week.
