Sewage from RV spills onto police cruiser

(Oct. 15, 2015) -- A Manchester man was arrested on an active warrant by state police Wednesday afternoon after a sewage tank on a RV he was towing let loose, spilling raw sewage onto Interstate 93 and a nearby state police cruiser.
