Virginia city overtaxed RV owners

(Oct. 13, 2015) -- There are 12,182 trailers registered in Fauquier County. But 244 of them, or 2 percent, are camper trailers. Whether they are classified as campers or trailers makes a difference when personal property tax bills go out.
