City extends stay at Hounds to two years

(Oct. 8, 2015) -- By vote of 5-2, city council Tuesday voted to amend a zoning ordinance on RV parks or campsites to accommodate construction workers that are filling Hound's Campground, in Kings Mountain, N.C., owned and operated by Mike Brown.
