Concerned N.C. campers form watch group

(Oct. 6, 2015) — You could say Frank Timberlake and Kerr Lake (pronounced “Car”) have been connected since their beginnings. Which is why it makes sense that Timberlake would found and head up the Kerr Lake Park Watch, a group committed to promoting and improving all of the public places around the lake.
