Blue Ridge Parkway to make a fortune

(Sept. 14, 2015) -- Mountain communities that rely on parkway visitors’ spending hope the changing of the leaves also will bring a change in fortunes after years of tight budgets that forced staffing cuts and facility closures along the motor road and saw Blue Ridge Parkway visitor numbers drop by the millions.
