RV park, residents reach lawsuit settlement

(Sept. 11, 2015) -- The developers of an RV resort park proposed along the primary Washington County highway to Zion National Park reached a settlement Wednesday with residents of Virgin whom they claim spread false rumors as part of an effort to frustrate plans for the park.
