Tontine Capital sells $6 million of Patrick stock

(Sept. 10, 2015) -- Patrick Industries major shareholder Tontine Capital Partners sold 143,950 shares of the firm’s stock in a transaction that occurred on Sept. 4, for a total of $6,387,061.50.
