Absence of septic has neighbors fuming

(Sept. 2, 2015) -- East Montpelier, Vt., town residents Alan and Toni May, who live on May’s Way, expressed their frustration at dealing with neighbors who live up the hill from them in a camper with no running water or septic system for over a year now.
