Man charged after incident at beach

(Aug. 14, 2015) -- A man was ordered to stay away from the Salisbury Beach State Reservation after his arraignment in Newburyport, Mass., court this week for allegedly peeking at two teenaged boys while they were inside a campsite bathroom shower.
