RVDA seeking input on proposed overtime rules

(July 29, 2015) — RVDA is compiling feedback from members regarding Department of Labor (DOL) pending regulations to expand the number of workers who qualify for overtime pay. Based on this feedback, RVDA will draft comments to the DOL in advance of a Sept. 4, deadline.
