Heavy rain causing Tappan Lake Park flooding

(June 18, 2015) — The constant rain in the Ohio Valley is starting to reveal itself as a rather large problem, WTOV 9 reported. There has been flooding all throughout our area, but none has been as serious as the flooding happening on Tappan Lake.
