Ceremony planned to open new campground

(June 15, 2015) -- The Cedar Valley Alliance and Chamber along with the Black Hawk County Conservation Board and the city of Cedar Falls, Iowa, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2 p.m. June 19 for the new playground at Big Woods Lake Campground.
