Central Park, Minn., could get bigger RV park

(June 9, 2015) -- When a groundswell of citizen opposition to an RV park in Castle Park, Minn., arose last year, some of the protesters wondered why city officials wouldn't simply expand the number of current RV slots and amenities in Central Park and put a larger RV park there.
