Man in stolen RV leads police on chase, standoff

(May 29, 2015) -- Officers used a spike strip early Friday to stop a stolen motorhome but the chase resumed 45 minutes later when the driver tried to get away a second time, leading to an hourlong standoff in Happy Valley, Calif.
