Thor announces $60 million share repurchase

(May 20, 2015) — Thor Industries, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a repurchase agreement, dated as of May 15, 2015, to purchase one million shares of its common stock at a price of $60 per share from The Thompson Family Foundation.
