Tornadoes, not tax fight, may be fatal blow for state park

(April 29, 2015) -- Alabama's state budget crisis, according to Gov. Robert Bentley, may ultimately lead to the closing of Lake Guntersville State Park, according to AL.com. But the park's fatal wound perhaps came four years ago on April 27, 2011.
