City leaders talking RV plan at the Highfields

(April 29, 2015) -- Highfields owner Rick Cram has been talking with Aiken, S.C., City Council about building a public covered pavilion on the property, WRDW reported. Council members say Cram also wants permission to have RV's here overnight, something not allowed within Aiken city limits.
