Windshield repairman found guilty of breaking city code

(April 7, 2015) -- Raymond Smith faces jail time and a large fine after being found guilty of violating a city ordinance prohibiting mobile businesses in Longmont, Colo. Smith had a windshield repair business at the Countrywood Inn & RV Park.
