Shooting victim plans to protest shooter’s plea deal

(April 3, 2015) -- The victim of a shooting at a Shoshone County, Idaho, campground is planning to protest his shooter's plea deal. Daniel Hubbard was shot twice at a Graham Creek campsite by Michael Hall.
