Effort on to keep campgrounds open during drought

(March 27, 2015) -- With an eye on the upcoming summer season, the San Mateo County, Calif., Parks Department has been making improvements to the water treatment, storage and distribution systems at Memorial Park to keep it open for camping this summer.
