Fans form family bond in racetrack campground

(March 22, 2015) --- Ever since that 2007 race weekend — the second race weekend held at Iowa Speedway — Chuck and Darlene Buche and Darle and Carrie Elkin have considered themselves a racing family and get together multiple times a year.
