Long-term RV life OK’d by new Long Beach policy

(March 11, 2015) -- Proposed changes to Long Beach’s policy on RV parks would limit the number of mid-term and long-term guests, prohibit RV camping on public land and, in some cases, require owners to build playgrounds.
