Focus on health, exercise at Westmoreland State Park

(March 10, 2015) -- Westmoreland State Park, in Fredericksburg, Va., staffers are trying to be fit and healthy by eating healthy lunches together on Friday and then taking a three mile hike on one of the park's cleared trails as part of the new "Hiking for Health" program.
