Camper catches fire, owner wants to let it burn

(Feb. 23, 2015) -- The Park Hills, Mo., Fire Department responded to a residential first alarm. When they arrived on scene a fifth wheel camper was fully engulfed in flames. The owner didn't have insurance and wanted to let it burn.
