Vandalism, toilets set on fire, investigated

(Feb. 20, 2015) -- Police are investigating vandalism at Buxton Woods Picnic Area where a portable toilet was set on fire. A second case of vandalism at Cape Point Campground in Buxton, N.C., caused damage from a car doing donuts on the grass.
