Campgrounds reopened in Point Mugu State Park

(Feb. 6, 2015) -- With water service restored, campgrounds opened up in Point Mugu State Park in Malibu, Calif., Thursday. An old waterline that runs down Sycamore Canyon to the beaches was damaged in a Dec. 12 storm, cutting off water to the coast.
