New Jersey spent $120,000 to analyze revenue

(Feb. 5, 2015) -- The state agency that oversees Liberty State Park awarded a six-figure contract to a planning company to analyze the "potential attractiveness of the park to revenue-producing developers, contractors and concessionaires."
