Council considers freedom camper options

(Jan. 21, 2015) -- The Christchurch, New Zealand, City Council has received complaints from residents living near a New Brighton car park about noise and mess from backpackers camping in vans and tents. Councilors are looking into using land for a campground to solve the issue.
