Texas RV park covered in mystery substance

(Jan. 14, 2015) -- Residents in a Hitchcock RV park in Hitchcock, Texas, woke up to a weird, white substance covering their cars, trucks, mobile homes and plants. The problem was a unit at Marathon Petroleum's refinery sent silica sand and aluminum oxide into the air.
