No camping changes at Freeman Park yet January 14, 2015 by Rebecca Smith (Jan. 14, 2015) -- Carolina Beach's Town Council decided not to take any action on proposed camping restrictions at Freeman Park. There is talk to take the amount of campers down to about 90 spaces.
