Terror threat indirectly shuts down state park

(Jan. 8, 2015) -- Fort Constitution Park, just across the Maine border in New Castle, N.H., is closed to the public indefinitely after ISIS made threats towards military personnel on American soil. The park is next to a US Coast Guard base.
