Unicoi, Tenn., limited permitted food trailers to five

(Dec. 11, 2014) -- The town of Unicoi, Tenn., planning commission and board of zoning met to discuss the ordinance of food trailers. It was decided that five food trailers would be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.
