Campers will pay more to battle invasive species

(Nov. 20, 2014) -- The Polk County, Minn., Board of Commissioners approved an amendment that would increase the levy budget by 17 percent and would be split between 176 campers to help maintain the levels of Eurasian watermilfoil.
