Time to move trailers, campers from Pierre streets

(Oct. 17, 2014) -- Pierre, S.D. Police Captain Elton Blemaster explained to DRG News the department reminds residents that boat trailers, campers and homemade trailers should be removed from City of Pierre streets in the next few days.
