Fairgrounds gets eerie look for Family-Fest

(Oct. 17, 2014) -- The Mercer County Fairgrounds in Celina, Ohio is hosting the first Halloween Family-Fest and Campout. Campers are encouraged to decorate their sites and hand out candy to trick-or-treaters.
