Illegal campsite will cost city $10,000

(Oct. 7, 2014) -- An illegal campsite near Cochrane Pond has left a $10,000 cleanup bill for the city of St. John's, NL. City inspectors found garbage waste and sewer lines running into the ground near the city's backup water supply pond.
