Puppy left in hot camper, owner ticketed

(Sept. 18, 2014) -- A 22-year-old Lake Arrowhead man was ticketed for animal cruelty after leaving his German shepherd puppy inside a locked camper for more than an hour on a hot day in Redlands, Calif.
