Developer puts plans on hold for Eagle Nest RV park

(Sept. 18, 2014) -- Clovis businessman Fox Guinn has put his plans for a park model RV park in Eagle Nest, N.M. on hold and withdrawn his request to have the property rezoned from commercial to temporary or overnight recreational vehicle.
