RV residents evicted after annexation imposes stricter code

(Sept. 8, 2014) -- The RV tenants in Spokane, Wash. were told they have one week to move after the city code enforcement told them they weren't allowed to live there. Many have been living there for over a decade and this is the first they've heard of it.
