RV residents in Douglas displaced when fair starts

(Aug. 7, 2014) -- More than 100 RV campers from the Wyoming State Fairgrounds made their mass exodus last weekend to clear room for state fair campers. The city and county have spent the past month preparing alternate, legal locations for the campers to relocate to for the three-week period.
