Campground lawsuit not dismissed

(Aug. 7, 2014) -- A class action pollution lawsuit by the Cannon's Campground, Spartanburg, S.C., community against Hoechst Celanese and other industrial companies will continue after a federal court judge denied a motion to dismiss the case.
