Police investigate explosion inside RV

(July 28, 2014) -- Police are investigating an explosion that happened inside a RV in Northeast Philadelphia Saturday. Fire crews arrived to the scene and discovered a 36-year-old female had been cooking inside the RV when the propane tank exploded.
