Chickens will soon be clucking at campground

(July 24, 2014) -- The Des Plaines, Ill. City Council Monday night approved allowing the Methodist Campground to have up to six chickens. The campground has been seeking a change in city code to allow the flightless birds so they may conduct an educational chicken farming program.
