Drew Industries acquires Power Gear and Kwikee Brands

(June 16, 2014) -- Drew Industries announced today that Lippert Components has acquired Actuant Corporation, a manufacturer of leveling systems, slideout mechanisms and steps for motorhomes, under the Power Gear and Kwikee brands.
