Pros and cons presented on proposed sewage lagoon

(April 24, 2014) -- Supporters and opponents of a proposed sewage lagoon that would serve a yet-to-be-built RV park made their cases Wednesday during a public hearing sponsored by the New Mexico Environment Department.
