Dutch oven cooking class set for Logoly State Park

(Feb. 24, 2014) -- Logoly State Park is offering a beginners class on Dutch oven cooking 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 15. It will cover cast iron cookware, how to figure out what temperature you are cooking with, and how to care for the cookware.
